Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our pieces, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Each Caloria Casa piece is crafted individually, often based on personal details provided by the customer. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after production has started.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
