Each Caloria Casa piece is prepared individually and with care.

Because many of our memorial objects are personalized, engraved, or created to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Personalization

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order, including spelling, names, and dates.

Once production or engraving has begun, personalized orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Handcrafted Nature

Each porcelain piece is crafted individually.

Small variations in form, glaze, texture, or natural handmade details are part of the character of the work and should not be considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.

This includes engraved pieces, custom memorial objects, and bespoke tribute commissions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photographs of:

- the item
- the packaging
- and the shipping label

We will carefully review the situation and do our best to help.

Return Shipping & Duties

In rare cases where a return is exceptionally approved, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and associated international handling charges.
