Each Caloria Casa piece is made slowly and individually with care.

Because many of our memorial pieces include personalized engraving and are prepared to order, production typically begins shortly after an order is placed.

Production Time

Most orders require approximately 5–10 business days for preparation and crafting before shipment.

Personalized and bespoke pieces may require additional time depending on engraving, customization, or consultation requirements.

Shipping Time

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Most orders arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Beijing, China.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges that may apply in their destination country.

Delays caused by customs procedures, local postal services, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Fragile Items

Porcelain is naturally delicate.

While every piece is carefully packaged for international transport, minor shipping risks may still exist due to the nature of handcrafted ceramic materials.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item.

Returns & Personalized Pieces

Because most Caloria Casa pieces are personalized, engraved, or made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

In rare cases where a return is exceptionally approved, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any associated international handling expenses.
