Many families choose to keep only a small symbolic portion of ashes inside the vessel.

Are your pieces suitable for both cats and dogs?

Yes.

Our collections are created for companions of all kinds, including cats, dogs, and other beloved animals.

Please refer to the dimensions and approximate capacities listed on each product page when selecting a piece.

Can I add engraving?

Yes.

Most pieces may be personalized with a name and optional dates.

Please review all spelling carefully before placing your order, as personalized orders cannot be modified once production begins.

How long does production take?

Most orders require approximately 5–10 business days for preparation and crafting before shipment.

Personalized and bespoke pieces may require additional time.

How long does shipping take?

International delivery usually takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

All orders are shipped from Beijing, China.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

We currently ship to most regions worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local handling charges required by their destination country.

Are the pieces handmade?

Each piece is individually crafted in porcelain and finished by hand.

Because of this, small variations in glaze, texture, form, or natural handmade details may occur and are considered part of the character of the work.

Are your urns fully sealed?

Our vessels are designed primarily as quiet memorial objects for the home.

Some pieces include fitted lids, while others may not be permanently sealed.

If you have specific sealing requirements, please contact us before placing an order.

Can personalized items be returned?

Because most Caloria Casa pieces are personalized or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

How should porcelain memorial pieces be cared for?

We recommend gentle handling and soft dry cloth cleaning only.

Avoid strong chemicals, abrasive materials, or sudden temperature changes.

Do you offer bespoke memorial commissions?

Yes.
